There are a few different ways that I can see making if you would like to, adding things like tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream on top would be amazing too. This was a deliciously cheesy casserole that my kids loved too, it had a little bit of a taco kick to it. Optional: Add some fresh Jalapeos or your favorite hot sauce. Top with fresh Cilantro and serve with Lime Wedges, Sour Cream, Guacamole and Tortilla Chips. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes, or until cheese is slightly browned and bubbling.
